I had been searching around for a nice sock pattern to knit with this yarn and I saw 'vog on from the knitty summer 2007.. I'm sure by now you have guessed that I love short little socks... any way I thought this pattern perfect.. my handspun yarn is knitting up really soft.. I tried to put as much extra spin on the yarn for more durability but it's still a little softer than it should be I think. This pattern is great by the way.. I actually can knit this lace without markers or without having to look at the pattern.. for me that's a first.. and if I can do this .. I'm sure even the most novice knitter will be able to knit these.. the pattern gives directions for both the leg down and toe up versions... I just have to decide whether or not to do the picot edging or just a rib.. (^_^)
